Carpenter Ant Pest Control – black/brown wood destructive ants large

The pest control treatment for carpenter ants is basically a complete exterior and interior chemical spray. We do as well during this, search for the Carpenter Ant nest and queen. We will place bait stations with a carpenter ant granule bait throughout. If we find the nest we will drill a fine hole into it applying a residual insecticide. If possible leave dead ants around for other ants to return them to the nest and poison it. The house will have to be vacated for 3-5 hours after the treatment.

 

 

Pavement Type Ant Pest Control – common household ant reddish dark brown.

The treatment for these ants is almost the same as carpenter ants , spray and a different bait.

Gel or liquid bait is used for these ants. After the spray the house will need to be vacated for 3-5 hours.

Pharoah Ant Pest Control Treatment -very small grey-red ants in the kitchen/bathroom areas

Pharoah ant treatment is only of baiting gels and gel stations. These baits work very well for this type of ant.

Cockroach Pest Control

Homeowner or residents should keep the house clean and have no garbage sitting around or water in sinks overnight. If the kitchen area can be cleaned prior to treatment thats better, cooking grease on stoves and walls should be cleaned too .

If the roach infestation is high we may combine spraying and baiting in 1 or 2 visits. In a low roach situation we may only need to gel.

If pesticides are sprayed you may need to leave the home for 3-5 hours.

Spider Pest Control

Insecticide will be applied around the house exterior ground to soffet and eavestroughs, around cracks and crevices and windows. The homeowner should not wash away the pesticide. We will treat sheds and decks as well.

Washing of the exterior of webs and debris should be done before treatment.

Flea Pest Control

Bedding and laundry should be washed right away.

Spraying of floor and baseboard areas with both an insecticide and an Insect growth regulator. We will as well treat carpets and under cushions/ furniture and beds.

Pets must be treated professionally with fleas medication before treatment or right away. This treatment requires you to leave the home for 6 hours.

Mouse and Rat Extermination

We use only the best rodenticides in our bait stations for mice and rats. Placed from the top of the home to the bottom and with an exterior home inspection we get the job done every time usually in only 1 visit because of the highest quality most effective baits. Mice and rats are usually gone in a week or two at the most. The bait is single feed meaning the rodent will die after feeding on it once.
